For 14 years, Pure Light Yoga, High Point's neighborhood yoga studio, at W Lexington & Westchester, tucked inside DeBeen Espresso. $15 drop-in, open 7 days a week, welcoming all. Debbie, owner of DeBeen Espresso and 709 Interiors was looking for an alternative business to 709 Interiors to open next to the Coffee Shop. She wanted something that would be compatible with the Coffee Shop, that her cur

rent customers were actively seeking, and would be of value to the community.
• Katharine Hawks, yoga instructor and long time friend of Debbie's had just moved back to High Point after several years in California and needed a place to teach and earn a living. She knows the value a yoga practice has brought to her life and wants to share that gift with others.
• Roz Lambeth has a long history of teaching yoga classes and leading teacher trainings for YogaFit. Currently she teaches on a very part time basis and is employed full time in a government consulting firm and specializes in change management.
