For more than 130 YEARS the famous groundhog, Punxsutawney Phil has tried predicting the forecast. If he sees his shadow today= six more weeks of winter, no shadow= an early spring. Don't plan too much based off of Phil, he only has a 30% success rate over the past decade. 🤣
