As the leaves begin to change and the crisp breeze rolls through Highland Pointe, there’s a renewed sense of warmth and gratitude in our halls. Fall has always felt like a season of reflection and giving thanks — and this year, we’re turning that spirit into action by spotlighting the incredible individuals who make our facility a place of compassion, care, and community.

This fall, we’re proud to launch “Thankful for You”, a weekly spotlight where we highlight one employee who goes above and beyond. Each week, we’ll share a short story, a photo, and a few reasons why that person makes a difference. This week, we’re thrilled to shine the spotlight on Elaine, our amazing Restorative Aide!

Elaine’s warm smile and resident spirit brighten every corner of Highland Pointe. Whether she’s helping residents regain their strength after therapy or offering a kind word of encouragement, her genuine care makes a lasting impact. She has a special way of reminding everyone that progress happens one step — and one smile — at a time.

Her dedication goes far beyond her daily tasks; Elaine brings joy, motivation, and comfort to our residents and staff alike. We are so thankful for her steady heart, her kindness, and the hope she brings to every new day.
