On October 9, 2025 I celebrated 18 years of being self-employed 🎉

I opened my first business, Jen Z’s Beauty services on 10/9/2007 and never looked back!

My brand has evolved quite a bit in those 18 years! The journey has been filled with many different emotions. Good times, challenges and change.

I wouldn’t trade any of it! I’ve learned so much about business, people and most importantly myself.

The most important take away is that I’ve been able to do the damn thing and suppprt myself for the past 18 years 🎉. That I am proud of ⭐️

I feel I’m exactly where I’m supppsed to be. Everything I’ve learned and experienced has led me to and I couldn’t be more excited ⭐️

Thanks to all my family, friends, clients and students who have always supported and believed in me! And to my biggest fan , I couldn’t do any of it without you! Love you so much ❤️

When you train , , , martial arts in general, the reason is usually for self-defense, sport, confidence, fitness etc.

You gain knowledge & experience from training 🔥

But one of the biggest gifts you get are the people you meet on this journey and who become part of your life ⭐️

From our family, crew, to all our friends we’ve met and trained with all over the country and world, to our family and now what we are trying to build 🖤

Our mantra is GOOD VIBES, GOOD PEOPLE, GOOD TRAINING ⭐️

and I strive to create the best training environment possible!

We are so grateful and lucky ❤️

One of the best parts of my job is getting to teach my nephew ❤️

Not only is it great time together but it’s amazing being able to teach him a valuable skill and watch how his mind works as he’s going through the movements ⭐️

And of course my niece has to hop on the mats too, mainly for hugs from Zia 🥰

Kids classes are Monday thru Thursdays 4:30-5:30 pm and Saturdays at 9:30 am ages 6 and up! First class is always FREE 😉

Give your kiddos the gift of self-defense, confidence, fitness, strength, courage & friends ⭐️
