Grateful to have my husband back with me just in time for Christmas 🎄

We spent the last five months apart physically, seeing each other occasionally and of course talking nonstop, thank god for technology.

It was the best way to transition for all our people, BUT definitely tough not being with each other day to day!

Many people would say, oh it’s nice to have a break! Not so much lol! When you have your person it’s difficult to be apart, but we had a goal and a dream and knew what we had to do to make it happen!

Expanding our gym family to now own two gyms is an incredible dream come true! We couldn’t do it without our crew and our already small but mighty crew ⭐️

And Jay is home after 25 years in the DMV ⭐️

Lots to be grateful for this holiday season ❤️

Kandy & Joy were two of my first students way back when I started teaching at blue belt and have become dear friends. And Katie and I have become close the last few years as she joined the family ❤️

So sad I couldn’t be there in person as we had our promotions, but so grateful to be part of your journey and lives! Love you all ❤️
