🎉 Hyrox Chicago = Completed! 🏋️‍♂️💨

This past weekend I traded brackets and braces for burpees and sled pushes… and somehow survived 😅

It was a tough challenge, but I’m proud to have crossed that finish line with a solid time. The real MVPs? My cheering squad — my son Ari and my niece/nephew — who yelled loud enough to add at least a minute to my pace! ❤️🙌💪

I think I’ll stick to orthodontics… I’m definitely better at straightening teeth than running laps 🤣
But proud to push myself and even prouder to show my little crew what working hard looks like.

Having fun, getting fit, and raising money for a great cause! 💪💛

We teamed up with Pulse Boxing and Fitness and The Dragonfly Foundation Chicago for an amazing day while school was out — and what a turnout!

From the ninja and obstacle courses to the smiles and sweat, everyone came together to support pediatric cancer patients through an incredible local non-profit. 😃 🦷 ❤️ 💪

We love seeing a great before and after! 😃 This is an example of a stunning phase 1 transformation 🤩. An upper expander and limited upper braces were used for 10 months to correct a bite discrepancy, improve alignment, and provide great esthetics! And of course - one happy patient!! 🦷 ❤️

We had a special visitor at the office! Dr Gilbert’s son, Seth, made an appearance and won everyone over with his smile 👶😁❤️. He was particularly interested in the example teeth 🦷. We will start his education young!! 🎓📘
