Our Story

Located in Portage, IN and serving the surrounding area, Medical Career Academy has classes in Phlebotomy, EKG Technician, Pharmacy Technician, Medical Assistant, CNA, & CPR certification. Instructors Trisha Cogan and Christina Keenan have multiple years of experience in health care arena and possess a great deal of clinical skill and knowledge that they use to not only to prepare you for certification exams, but to also prepare you for the job hunt with lessons focused on resume crafting and interviewing. Medical Career Academy is an authorized testing center for the NHA (National Healthcare Association). Students who successfully complete the courses, qualify to take their certification exam and can take it in the comfort of their familiar classroom.
