So much of the pain people feel isn’t because their body is broken…
It’s because the brain has stopped trusting the signals it’s receiving.

When joints stop moving well…
When muscles stay tense from stress…
When the nervous system gets overwhelmed…
The brain kicks into protection mode — tightening muscles, guarding movement, and creating pain patterns that repeat themselves.
