Seniors receiving hospice care often deal with complex conditions that require regular management. That is what continuous care is for. Continuous care is round-the-clock care for patients who are in a health crisis.

Carers will look after them and provide the necessary care their condition needs to assist them back to a good state of being. However, it does not mean care is provided to make patients recover fully from their diseases.

Here at TRANQUILITY HOSPICE AND PALLIATIVE CARE, we provide continuous care to ensure our patients live comfortably and enjoy life.

The service these professionals offer is vital in ensuring seniors stay well and comfortable, receive the hands-on care they require, and continue to have a quality life they can enjoy while they still can.

More importantly, hospice aides provide companionship to patients to keep them from loneliness.
