Dear Friends and Clients,

After twenty-one beautiful years of practice, I have made the heartfelt decision to close my bodywork and sound therapy practice in order to focus on my own physical and mental well-being.

This decision has not come easily. The work I have been privileged to share with each of you—through massage, energy medicine, and sound—has been one of the deepest honors of my life. Together, we have explored healing, balance, and transformation in ways that have shaped me profoundly. Your trust, openness, and presence have been gifts that I will carry forward with immense gratitude.

Over the past few years, I have recognized the need to turn my healing work inward—to restore, replenish, and realign so that I can continue to walk this path with authenticity and integrity. Taking this time for rest and renewal feels both necessary and sacred.

For those who wish to continue their bodywork or energetic care, I am happy to offer referrals to therapists and practitioners I trust. I want you to remain supported in your healing journey, and I feel confident recommending colleagues who share similar values of compassion, skill, and integrity.

Please know that while my professional practice is coming to a close, the connections we’ve shared remain close to my heart. I deeply thank you for allowing me to be a part of your healing journey and for supporting my own growth along the way.

I encourage you to continue nurturing yourselves in whatever ways bring you peace and vitality—whether through sound, touch, stillness, or nature’s quiet wisdom.
