Travel is one of those things that seems harmless โ but itโs actually pretty demanding on the body.
Long periods of sitting, less movement, disrupted hydration, caffeine, stress, and changes in routine all add up.
Thatโs why I think less about being โperfectโ and more about ๐ฏ๐ฎ๐น๐ฎ๐ป๐ฐ๐ฒ ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ฐ๐ผ๐๐ฒ๐ฟ๐.
๐ง๐ผ๐ฑ๐ฎ๐ ๐๐ต๐ฎ๐ ๐น๐ผ๐ผ๐ธ๐ ๐น๐ถ๐ธ๐ฒ:
โข ๐บ๐ฎ๐๐ฐ๐ต๐ฎ ๐ณ๐ผ๐ฟ ๐ณ๐ผ๐ฐ๐๐ โ๏ธ (yes โ Starbucks, just a modified order that works for me)
โข ๐ฒ๐น๐ฒ๐ฐ๐๐ฟ๐ผ๐น๐๐๐ฒ๐ to support hydration, circulation, and fluid balance ๐ง
โข being ๐ถ๐ป๐๐ฒ๐ป๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป๐ฎ๐น, not reactive
๐๐ฎ๐ณ๐ณ๐ฒ๐ถ๐ป๐ฒ ๐๐ถ๐๐ต๐ผ๐๐ ๐ต๐๐ฑ๐ฟ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป ๐ถ๐ ๐ฏ๐ผ๐ฟ๐ฟ๐ผ๐๐ฒ๐ฑ ๐ฒ๐ป๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ด๐ โ and travel already pulls from the system more than we realize.
Hydration matters even more on the road โ
not just water, but ๐ณ๐น๐๐ถ๐ฑ๐ ๐๐ต๐ฎ๐ ๐ฎ๐ฐ๐๐๐ฎ๐น๐น๐ ๐ฎ๐ฏ๐๐ผ๐ฟ๐ฏ ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐๐๐ฝ๐ฝ๐ผ๐ฟ๐ ๐๐ต๐ฒ ๐ฏ๐ผ๐ฑ๐.

For me, that means:

โข time on our ๐๐ฎ๐ฐ๐ธ ๐ผ๐ป ๐ง๐ฟ๐ฎ๐ฐ for gentle decompression
โข helping my body ๐ฏ๐ผ๐๐ป๐ฐ๐ฒ ๐ฏ๐ฎ๐ฐ๐ธ instead of staying stuck in travel mode
