Hey there!

Just a heads up that I’ve decided to pause on coaching after I wrap up with my current client. I’ve had the best time being even just a small part of so many positive health journeys!

Part of a health journey is recognizing personal capacity and discerning where God wants me to focus. So that’s what I’m doing! Refocusing!

We all have crap we go through or days where we feel less than motivated.

I was not feeling it the last couple of days, but forcing myself to work out with discipline gives me one less thing to feel not great about and that’s a win! 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼

Unbusy your life so you can take care of you! It’s amazing how simplifying your calendar can free up time to do the things you need to keep you healthy and strong!

Sleep is an integral piece of your fitness journey. Of course the mental health benefits of sufficient sleep are immeasurable, but there’s more!

Muscle recovery, less cravings for those simple carbs, etc! To put it simply…we make better choices and feel better when we get enough sleep!

Just because you’re getting by on less than 7 hrs per night doesn’t mean that’s what’s best for you. AIM for 7-8 each night!
