🌒 Witches Whisper Through the Veil

The veils are thinning.
The old ones stir.
We remember.

They called us dangerous for remembering.
Wild for refusing to kneel.
They feared our herbs, our laughter, our fire.
They tried to burn what could not die.

The witches were never gone.
They became wind and root.
Ash and stone.
Firelight flickering in our blood.

Samhain is a soft breath between worlds.
Not darkness, but return.
The hush before dawn,
where what was lost finds its way home.

And so we gather, not to mourn,
but to honor.
To weave smoke into prayer,
to circle flame and whisper over sage,
letting its scent carry our remembering to the unseen.

We hang herbs by the door.
Speak protection into the walls.
Old spells rise again like breath from the earth.

In their name we remember.
We conjure.
We continue.
