That time change hit this week… but instead of slowing down, I used that extra daylight to get outside for a run and walk last night. 🌅🏃♀️
Sometimes it’s not about a perfect workout, a long workout, or even your fastest pace.
It’s just about moving your body, clearing your mind, and showing up for yourself.
Fresh air, a little sunshine, and reminding myself how good it feels to just get outside and move.
Small steps still move you forward. 💪
