That time change hit this week… but instead of slowing down, I used that extra daylight to get outside for a run and walk last night. 🌅🏃‍♀️

Sometimes it’s not about a perfect workout, a long workout, or even your fastest pace.
It’s just about moving your body, clearing your mind, and showing up for yourself.

Fresh air, a little sunshine, and reminding myself how good it feels to just get outside and move.

Small steps still move you forward. 💪

Yesterday I was training April, we were working out her Back/Biceps + Core and she even had a 10 min cardio finisher burning over 600 calories in the workout. She absolutely brought the intensity‼️

Even caught Tanner is his tank. Nothing cooler than looking around the gym and seeing people representing the grind, the discipline, and the community we’re building.

These tanks aren’t just gear…

Craving something sweet but still trying to stay on track with your goals? This high-protein cookie dough batter bowl is one of my favorite quick snacks when that sweet tooth hits.

It’s creamy, takes about 5 minutes to make, and packs 95g of protein in the whole bowl 🤯

Rainy morning or not… these ladies still showed up at 4:45 AM and put the work in! 👏

By 5:30 AM their workout was DONE and the day was just getting started. That’s the power of early morning group fitness, you walk out feeling accomplished, energized, and ready to take on the rest of your day.

Consistency like this is what builds strength, confidence, and results. Proud of this crew for choosing discipline over excuses every Thursday AM.

In your health & fitness journey, not every season is flashy and not every phase feels exciting. Some days feel slow. Some lifts feel heavy. Some weeks make you question if anything is even changing.

But faith reminds us that growth isn’t always loud. It happens in the quiet obedience. In sticking to your plan when no one is watching. In finishing the last few reps when your mind says quit. In showing up when motivation is low but your commitment is strong.

The strength builds. The confidence grows. The doors begin to open. But the biggest transformation is who you become in the process.

Stop rushing His timing. Stop comparing your journey. Stop doubting what He’s doing behind the scenes.

Trust the season you’re in. Your future self is being built one faithful, disciplined day at a time. If you’re in a building season right now… keep going. Trust God’s timing 🤍

🍜🔥 EASY HIGH Protein Sweet Chili Chicken Ramen Bowl‼️

Macros:
Calories: ~430
Protein: 50g
Carbs: 38g
Fat: 9g
(Macros may vary slightly by brand and exact measurements.)

🛒 Ingredients:
• 8 oz RealGood lightly breaded chicken nuggets
• ½ brick ramen noodles (discard seasoning packet)
• 2 oz G Hughes Sugar Free Sweet Chili Sauce
• 5g Sriracha
• Optional: cilantro or green onion

👩‍🍳 How To Make It:
1. Air fry or bake chicken nuggets according to package directions.
2. Boil ramen noodles (use only half the brick). Drain.
3. Toss cooked chicken in sugar-free sweet chili sauce + sriracha.
4. Plate noodles on one side, sauced chicken on the other.
5. Garnish if desired and enjoy.
Done in under 15 minutes! 🙌

Want lower carbs?
• Skip noodles and serve over steamed broccoli or zucchini noodles.
