You’re going to want to SCREENSHOT this one!! 😍

✨EASY✨ Protein Puppy Chow (Gluten Free, Lower Sugar)
Macro-Friendly Treat!! 🍫

Macros per serving: (Makes 6 servings)
▪️ 190 calories
▪️ 8g protein
▪️ 24g carbs
▪️ 7g fat

Ingredients:
• ¾ cup chocolate chips (semi-sweet or sugar-free)
• ½ cup PB powder
• ⅓ cup water
• 4 cups Chex cereal
• ⅓ cup powdered sugar
• ⅓ cup vanilla protein powder (DM me for a good one!)

Instructions:
1. Melt chocolate chips in the microwave: heat 30 seconds, stir, and repeat until smooth.
2. In a small bowl, mix PB powder with water until smooth, then stir in melted chocolate.
3. Pour the chocolate-peanut butter mixture over the Chex cereal in a large bowl and stir gently to coat.
4. Freeze for 5 minutes to help it set.
5. In a separate bowl, mix powdered sugar and protein powder. Toss cereal mixture in the dry mix until fully coated.
6. Store in the freezer for freshness and a crisp texture!

As Monday rolls around tomorrow, yet again…

Perfectionism is not necessary for success.
And honestly… it never was.

I feel more motivated after I start because starting is key.
Motivation doesn’t come first. Action does.

I love myself now, and I also love who I’m becoming.
This journey isn’t about hating where you are, it’s about respecting yourself enough to keep going.

I will feel so much better after I follow through.
Not when it’s perfect.
Not when it’s easy.
But when I do the thing I said I would do.

I can create a food plan I’m excited about.
One that fits my life, my goals, and my consistency, not someone else’s rules.

I always have the option to be committed to my goals, even when it’s hard.
Especially when it’s hard.

Following through today makes it easier to follow through tomorrow.
Momentum is built one choice at a time.

When I feel stuck, I remind myself:
The best way to get unstuck is to take action.

And with every small win, every follow-through, every decision to show up,
I’m becoming the type of person who stays committed to her goals.

Not perfect.
Just consistent.
And that’s where real change happens. 💪✨

👉 A year ago she was 2 lbs lighter than she is today…
👉 Yet her body is leaner, tighter, stronger, and more confident now.

Why?
Because a year ago it was all cardio + classes.

Just because it says “PROTEIN” doesn’t mean it’s a good choice‼️

Let’s talk about this 👀⬇️

👉 2 pastries = 380 calories
👉 69g carbs
👉 31g sugar
👉 ONLY 10g protein

That’s basically a carb + sugar bomb with a protein label slapped on it.

Will it keep you full? ❌
Will it stabilize blood sugar? ❌
Will it support fat loss or muscle building? ❌

Protein matters but protein alone doesn’t make something balanced.
For a snack or breakfast, we want:
✔️ adequate protein
✔️ reasonable carbs
✔️ healthy fats + fiber for fullness
✔️ something that actually keeps you satisfied longer than 30 minutes

✨ And THIS is exactly why I coach macros ✨
Not to restrict food.
Not to label foods “bad.”
But to teach you how to read labels, understand what your body needs, and make informed choices without falling for the hype.

You can still enjoy foods like this…
