Internal Medicine encompasses the care of all adults, healthy and sick. We make every effort to maintain the highest quality care and professional standards for our patients. At North Valley Internal Medicine we provide personalized care tailored to the needs of our patients as well as addressing the concerns of their families. When you visit our office, you will enjoy the personalized care and a relaxed atmosphere. Dr. Neil Belgiano, Dr. Catherine Guido and Dr. Brandon Genson are physicians of Osteopathic Medicine, specialized in the prevention and treatment of adult diseases. Dr. Belgiano performs endoscopy (UGI and Colonoscopy) on all of our patients for screening and for follow-ups as needed.

✨Please welcome our new Physician Assistant Farrah Timmol✨

Farrah is a Board Certified Physician Assistant. She obtained her Bachelors in Science from the Grand Valley State University and obtained her Masters in Science from Western Michigan University. Prior to graduation, she worked as a Medical Assistant for the practice. She is a local to Highland and a former Milford High graduate.

Outside of the office Farrah enjoys spending time with friends and family, kayaking, and Pilates.

She is excited to continue to work with the NVIM family and eager to assist in promoting wellness in our community.
