Today I played with single leg springs on my new Contrology reformer/tower!
I was practicing the connection to my center while my legs were moving!
That’s not as easy as it sounds. It’s not bracing or squeezing the abs and moving, it comes from using the breath to find the engagement of the entire torso from pelvic floor all the way up the torso - it’s the stability in our center that we need to train for our everyday life - like bending to pick up and carry groceries or getting things off the top shelf.
