High foot position vs Low foot position
A high foot position will help you to sink into more hip flexion which will help you bias more of the adductors and glutes.
A low foot position will help you sink into more knee flexion which will bias more of the quads because of them being able to lengthen more at the bottom.
Now you know the difference and why it matters if you feel a certain muscle group a lot more than another.
