What happens when you put 50+ global EHS and risk leaders in the same room?
Real conversations. Honest questions. And a clear signal about where the future of worker health is headed.
Last week, our CEO, Kevin Lombardo, attended the IPMI Annual Conference, and one message came through loud and clear:
Mental health and wellness are no longer “adjacent” to ergonomics. They’re central to it.
From investor expectations to injury prevention, leaders are rethinking how physical risk, mental well-being, and performance are deeply connected. Kevin also had the opportunity to exchange ideas around Emotional Ergonomics, expanding traditional ergonomics programs to better support total worker health.
Add AI and emerging technologies into the mix, and it’s clear: the EHS landscape is evolving fast, and in a much more human direction.
