From Attitudes In Reverse recent news letter:

We are Grateful to
Rachelle St Phard Who Continues
to Support AIR's programs!
Rachelle St. Phard is one of those amazing people who continue to see - and promote -- the many benefits of AIR's programs. Through her non-profit, The BeTheLi9ht Foundation, she donates to AIR to support the mental well-being of students. We are truly grateful to Rachelle for the many years of her kindness and generosity. Rachelle is truly a role model to all for being a light in other's lives and was recognized as AIR's Champion of Hope in 2024.

Rachelle and Tricia met in 2016 after the tragic loss of Rachelle's precious son, Coby. They shared the tragic loss of their sons; however, they also shared the necessity of spreading HOPE to students.

Here is more on Rachelle's, and Coby's, story.

Can you tell us about Coby? Coby was a friend to all. He just really spread his light whether he knew you or not. He loved sports, especially soccer and basketball. He was famous for befriending opponents on the soccer field. He loved music and listening to artists like Drake. He was always supporting others, and we never knew how much he must have been hurting.

How did you connect with AIR? After Coby’s passing, so many people told me I needed to connect with Trish. She was the only other person I knew at the time who had lost someone to su***de. She helped me feel not alone. My daughter Kyler, the fall before, had greatly benefited from AIR’s program in her school. I believed in what AIR was doing. I’m also a dog lover so the therapy dog programs was intriguing, as well.

Thanks to Rachelle's generosity, AIR will be able to bring our programs to two different Mercer County school districts in 2026.
First, Rachelle supported the year-long education of an AIR Dog School-Based Therapy Dog Team. Dogs and handlers are trained to be in schools to help students and staff with mental wellness.
Rachelle stated, "The AIR Dog School-Based Therapy Dog program is important. Dogs are special and they can help a kid open up. I know it did for Kyler. Programs like this are crucial to mental wellness and being able to talk."
In addition, Rachelle is supporting AIR to present Miki & Friends Go To School for elementary students in the East Windsor School District. Rachelle shared, "We wanted to continue to support students in East Windsor. What better place to start than in the elementary schools. So many children do not know what to do with their feelings, and this program is a great place to start. We are so thankful to be able to support our students."
We are grateful to Rachelle and BeTheLi9ht Foundation for all of the continued love and support of children!
You, too, can share Miki & Friends Go to School with the "littles" in your life!

#BeTheLi9ht

BeTheLi9ht Foundation (formerly Fly High Coby) was created to honor the memory of Coby St. Phard. In his brief 18 years on this earth, he was a bright light for many. He was a meteor. Coby was a young man that everyone loved. He was a good student, a great athlete and a friend to all. Coby died by su***de March 6, 2016. This was very unexpected to all who knew him. It seemed there was no way it could be true. Because his death as not what we would have expected, we want to share his story in hopes to prevent this from happening again. We do not want Coby’s death to be in vain.

We are working to spread the message that is is ok to not be ok and to #endthestigma of mental health issues. We want everyone, especially young people to know that there is hope and help available. We are hear, we will listen and we will help you get help.
