Our Story

Theresa Anne Gutierrez is the owner and founder of 11th Hour Shaman. Born with a clubbed foot, great-granddaughter of a Curandera in this modern world, initiated into the Spirit realm through various traumas, with a natural gift of healing hands and an affinity with herbs, when people started calling her “shaman,” Theresa realized if she had been born and raised in an indigenous village she would be a medicine woman in that small community. But Theresa doesn’t live in small village and she had to find a way to fulfill her Soul’s Calling by creating a world-wide village through The Web.

She combines her spiritual gifts, skills and experience to provide holistic crisis care as well as on-going support and programs. Theresa is not a doctor. She does not diagnose or prescribe. She educates and give appropriate services for your specific needs. Theresa works with people who are ready to revolutionize the way they relate to themselves and others so they can fulfill their Soul’s Life Purpose with vibrant health, confidence and impact!

Through her various interactions with the spirit realm, Theresa was shown that she has the gift of energy work (or hands-on and non-local healing), and she’s been practicing intuitively and successfully with a prayer in her heart since 2001. She later became a Reiki Master-Teacher because of this spiritual guidance. Theresa studied at Southwest Institute of Healing Arts for a Holistic Health Care degree in Mind Body Transformational Psychology. She has received certificates in Life Coaching, Spiritual Studies, and Reiki Master-Teacher (RMT). She is also a reflexology practitioner. Theresa became a Certified Nutritional Herbologist in 2004, but she has been living herbalism since 1997 which supported her children’s natural health and immunity. Theresa has also been studying Scientific Hand Analysis since 2010 and completed her level 2 training in 2015. Hand Analysis is a divine union between the divination art of ancient palmistry and modern science that reveals your soul’s journey map to fulfilling your Life’s Purpose!

Throughout the ages of 3-9, Theresa endured the trauma of prolonged childhood sexual abuse which initiated her closeness to God. She also experienced the excruciating untimely death of her mother when she was 15 years old. Having experienced many visitations and healings from Angels and Ancestors, Theresa learned to cultivate a deeper intimate relationship with The Divine. She dedicates her life’s work to the healing and support of others so they, too, can experience health in their bodies and minds while deepening their spiritual connection and fulfill their Soul’s Life Purpose. Outside of work Theresa enjoys dancing and drumming, writing and singing, playing sports and getting out in nature. What she most enjoys, though, is laughing with her family… four fun-loving, creative children and one grandson! Theresa is the author of many books including, “I AM Worthy; Changing the Countenance of Abuse.” She is a Successful Clairvoyant Spiritual Teacher and Gifted Healer with an Inspirational Message of Peace, Love and Wisdom for the Masses. (That last bit is some of the literal symbolic translations of the dermatoglyphs found etched in Theresa’s hands as discovered through Scientific Hand Analysis ;-)
