Chemicals were the solution that made me comfortable in my own skin, until it stopped working. A 12 step program helped me get sober and open the door to other modalities of deep healing. Sobriety is still my top priority because if I’m not sober, I can’t address the underlying issues that made me use. I am grateful for the people my HP placed in my life on this journey of recovery. What are some of the things you do/have done, outside of step work, that have had a deep impact in your life?
