I want to be honest with you about what progress looks like, because I think a lot of families come in hoping for an overnight transformation. And sometimes that happens. But usually it's more gradual than that.

Easier settling first. Fewer night wakings next. 🧠 Calmer days. Longer stretches. More consistency. And eventually, a household that is finally getting rest.
