Gen, with Assisting Hands-Serving Greater Cincinnati & the lovely Miss Loveland Valentine 2018, and Miss Loveland Valentine 2026 at Magnolia Springs Loveland Senior Living.

Loveland Valentine Ladies are recognized for their incredible community service every year! Each February, these inspiring women are nominated by the city of Loveland for the difference they make—and receive this special award and tiara in honor of their dedication. ✨👑

It was an honor to partner with them and be surrounded by residents, staff, and smiles. 💕

At The Kenwood Healthcare Center, the music (and memories) were flowing. 🎶🍩

Our music therapist, Emily, was doing her thing at our sponsored “Donuts & Memory Lane Music” event—bringing smiles, toe taps, and a few sing-alongs along the way. Music has a special way of bringing back memories and creating meaningful moments, and this day was full of both.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for a sweet morning of donuts, music, and connection. 💛

The Hospice Caregiver Award program at Schoedinger Funeral Home recognizes amazing hospice caregivers throughout Central Ohio every month. In January, our very own Patsy was nominated and won! ✨

I don't think I can say it better than Lynley said it... "A hospice social worker should be kind, patient, and understanding. But Patsy Wojciechowski is so much more. She gives so much of herself to her patients and families." 🩷

What an honor it was to pin US Army National Guard Veteran, Gary Guest, last week.
We proudly recognized Gary for his service, sacrifice, and unwavering dedication to our country. As we honored Gary with his pin, you could feel the gratitude in the room — a small token of appreciation for a lifetime of courage and commitment.

Chandler made some special visits to a few of our facilities, spreading smiles, love, and a little extra joy wherever he went. We’re so lucky to have the best four-legged ambassador on our team!

When we say our staff loves our patients… we truly mean it. 💛

Days like this aren't just about celebrating a birthday — it was about celebrating them. The stories they’ve shared, the smiles they bring, and the way they’ve become part of our family.

We don’t just show up to do a job. We show up with flowers, a birthday badge, hugs, laughter, and full hearts. 🎂✨

Moments like these remind us why we do what we do. It’s an honor to walk alongside our patients — not just in care, but in celebration too.

🎉 We loved celebrating JD’s 64th birthday last week! 🎂

It was such a joy to gather together, sing a little happy birthday, and watch him enjoy his special day — especially the cake! 🍰 (Let’s just say he didn’t leave a single crumb behind 😉)

Moments like these remind us how important it is to celebrate life’s milestones, big and small. Happy 64th, JD — we hope your year is filled with happiness, and many more sweet moments!

Some love stories are meant to be 💕

Tom shared that he and Sharon first met in college, both working in the dining hall. They only exchanged the occasional “hi,” but even then, something about Sharon caught his eye.

After his first year, Tom left college. A few years later, while out bar hopping with friends, he ran into Sharon again. This time, he wasn’t going to let the moment pass. He walked right up and asked for her number… only to find out she was already seeing someone else.

But Tom wasn’t giving up that easily.

He went home, pulled out the phone book, and started searching. He even called the wrong number at first — but that didn’t stop him. Eventually, he found her number. And as Tom says, they’ve “been together ever since.” 🩷

He knew from the very first day he saw her in college. He remembers telling his friends, “That’s the girl I’m going to marry.” They dated for two years and were married in ’83 — and now, 65 years later, their love story is still going strong.

Now that’s what forever looks like. 💍✨

💕 A Love That Lasts a Lifetime 💕

Our nurse, Jen gave us a little glimpse into one of our patients beautiful love stories.

"This beautiful couple has called the same house home since the 1970s. They’ve known each other their whole lives—87 years—and as a couple for 74 years, their love is still as strong as ever.

He is her world, and she is his. Holding hands, sharing a home, cherishing every moment together—that’s what true love looks like. That’s what marriage vows really mean.

As I helped her get comfortable today, I realized it’s not the big gestures that matter most—it’s these quiet, enduring love stories that stay with us forever.

He looked at her and said, 'I love you more than anything.' And in that moment, I understood: this is what relationship goals truly are." ❤️

❤️Nothing better than spreading a little extra joy and sweetness on Valentine’s Day.

🌹We also loved spreading love to the Shawnee Estates patients, and showing the staff some appreciation — sharing treats and enjoying time with their wonderful team!

✨Shout out to Kristina, our Patient Care Liaison in Dayton, for always having the funnest outfits for every event & celebration!
