Ephesians 6:11

I always tell people to barrel through it (“it” being whatever life is throwing your way),
feel every single emotion, push forward. It does not make you weak. We are meant to endure trials. It’s in these moments that we are being shaped and molded to fulfill our purpose.

Second by second…until you get out of the tunnel and can see the light again. Feel the sadness, the anger, the anxiety…push on knowing that God is waiting on the other side.

Crying on the bathroom floor today and can’t stand? Start by crawling.

I never say snap out of it. Why? Because 👏🏻 I 👏🏻 get 👏🏻 it!

Let’s do it together. Who is wearing the full armor of God today? Who is in active battle with satan? Do not cave. Do not let evil win.

Step one…Feet on the floor.
Step two…Make your bed.

Make it simple because that’s all your brain can handle right now. I’m right in there with you. And we have this. How do I know? Because God NEVER fails. Let’s go!

The week of 3/1, Nurse M’s will only be open on 3/4 (in Hilliard). We will be attending a medical conference in Dallas, TX, hosted by our own medical oversight team. We will be sharing updates, pictures and videos, per usual. We can’t wait to bring all the things we learn back to you!

When you practice and play in games non-stop, and your Mama is a nurse, this happens.

I promise I will add the lymphatic boots to our services soon. Lee with Island Wellness Club has given me all the research. Huge help! You guys should definitely check them out! They have it all.

We are on a little pause with offering our services at Island Wellness, however, we aren’t giving up. They have graciously agreed to hold our space while I rework my business model.

Back to my daughter…she is wearing the compression boots and has on an ice machine for her pitching shoulder. She said all of this is very cringe! 🤣

I’m struggling a bit. As a company, we are being beat up yet again.

I can’t find the words, except to say that God always wins.

Things will look a bit different for a while and that’s just life. I will look defeated, because I feel defeated.

Said to me by a client in year one, “Cindy. You are letting the devil whisper in your ear again. It’s written all over your face.”

I’m not caving. I’m not quitting. I still strongly stand behind our mission. Even if I have to rebuild 1000 more times, I’m not ready to give up. I genuinely care about all of YOU!

Staffing, pharmacy shortages, and life in general…phew. We will get through it. We always do.

Back to the drawing board I go. All aboard! 🚂
