A road was needed through the customer's property to the new house site, which took 16 loads of Hardpan. Road and house area was root raked , also 20 loads of fill dirt were brought in and spread for the house area.

A former wooded area is now a fully developed backyard leading to the lake. The project was executed in three phases, allowing the customer to work within their budget. The transformation includes a foresty mulch area, hauling in nine loads of fill dirt, topping it with three loads of topsoil, and installing 10,000 feet of sod.
