• A maybe-barista or simply willing to learn
• Flexible with tasks and comfortable switching roles
• Proactive — someone who can read what needs to be done and step in without being asked

Many of you may already know but we have reduced our refill station. This was a difficult decision to make and had hoped it would take off really well, but it didn't.

We kept some of your favorites so you can still get better pricing and reduce waste on a few things!
