Massage therapy is more than what some may think it is..
Massage Therapists pay attention to your body, the changes it makes from one session to another, to your posture: the way you’re stood, the way you walk, hip alignment, the way you describe what you’re struggling with physically and mentally. It’s important for us to align because it’s deeper than “just for relaxation”.

Hey everyone!

Maternity leave is officially over, and I'm heading back to the office this week! I'm thankful for my incredible clients and can't wait to see you all.

A few things to keep in mind:

-Book ahead! Online scheduling is open 30 days in advance.
- New 48-hour cancellation policy.
- Join the waitlist for last-minute openings.
- New medical forms will be required for the new year.
- My schedule will be limited to Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
- Keep in mind sessions will be spaced out more.
-MJK Esthetics is still thriving, just moving to evening hours.
