✔️Install and test smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detectors with battery backups.
✔️Ensure you have necessities to last a few days like medication, formula, food, pet supplies etc.
✔️Have extra batteries for radios and flashlights.
✔️Have a plan for heat and food if the power goes out.
