We’re raffling away a turkey and a ham this Thanksgiving season to 2 lucky people. Here’s all you have to do to win:

1. Go to Krogers and find our kiosk in the front of the store where the carts are located.

2. Take a SELFIE with the kiosk.

3. Post it here on the Dr. Rex Chiropractic page or on your page and tag us in the post.

That’s it! Super simple. You don’t have to be a patient to win.

The office will be closed from August 1st till the 15th. If you need adjusted while we are gone, call Dr. Hunter at 937-661-6060. He does a very good job and he will take very good care of you. We’ll be back open on August 18th.
