Proud mama moment 🥰

My high schooler is deep in swim season. We got to watch his swim meet this week and 🥹 I'm so proud of this guy and impressed with his team. Their resilience, heart, and encouragement of each other bowls me over.

One of my goals in this teen-mom phase of life has been to surround my kids with people who care about them; folks who can serve as role models and inspiration and sounding boards. Thankful for this swim team experience! ✨

My sweet choir has found a home this year in Beaverton -- crazily enough, in a building that used to house my kiddos' beloved preschool ()! 😍 The choir is dedicated to bringing joy to both the singers and the greater community, which is such a fit for me.

We spend half of each season rehearsing. And the other half of the season singing at retirement homes around town, as Buddy the elf would say, "singing loud for all to hear." ☺️ We bring so much joy and connection, and now we have a dedicated home base for us to gather in. We'd welcome your support in continuing this important joy-building work! ✨
