All phones at Highland Health Providers are currently down due to the outage in the area. AT&T is currently working to resolve this issue but at this time, we do not have an estimated phone restoration timeframe.

If you have a scheduled telehealth appointment with Highland Family Medicine today, you will be contacted to reschedule once phones are restored. All other appointments in office are continuing as scheduled.

As we enter the holiday season, it’s easy for stress and anxiety to creep in — but creativity offers a simple, affordable way to bring calm and balance back into your days.

Research shows that engaging in creative activities like art, writing, music, or movement can reduce cortisol (the stress hormone) and boost dopamine, which helps improve mood and motivation. Creative expression lets you process emotions, refocus your thoughts, and feel more grounded.

✨ Try this: Set aside 10–15 minutes each day for a creative outlet — doodle, journal, take photos, bake, or dance in your kitchen. The goal isn’t perfection; it’s the process of expressing yourself and being present.

Kelsey is a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner with more than 12 years of experience in healthcare — and a familiar, trusted face here at Highland Health Providers.

She’s passionate about providing personalized, evidence-based care and values building lasting relationships with her patients and their families.

After earning her degrees from Wright State University and Indiana Wesleyan University, Kelsey has continued to grow within HHP, serving in leadership roles and now providing compassionate family care at our Greenfield Medical Services location.

Outside the office, you’ll often find Kelsey cheering on local sports teams, camping with her family, or coaching Little League Softball — all while staying active in the community she loves.

We’re grateful for Kelsey’s ongoing commitment to Highland Health Providers and to the patients she serves every day.
