Position Overview
LP Physical Therapy in Waxahachie, TX is seeking a dedicated and dependable Full-Time Receptionist to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and play a crucial part in creating a positive and welcoming experience.
Responsibilities
Greet and welcome patients with a friendly, compassionate attitude
Answer incoming phone calls and schedule appointments
Handle patient check-in and check-out processes, including collecting payments
Contact physician offices to obtain plan of care signatures
Perform insurance verification and referral coordination
Qualifications
Experience in a physical therapy or medical office preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Spanish-speaking ability is a plus, but not required
