To keep myself entertained during retirement, I’ve been modifying healthcare memes that I find on Facebook and YouTube. I modify them for accuracy, based on what I have learned from Darko Velcek, and my experiences with SHP myself now for over 2 years. It’s not just the hernia we need to worry about! You see, the thing is if we are dehydrated enough to have a friggin’ hernia, then we are gonna have all kinds of other health issues too. As Darko suggests, right before the hernia develops, we will be highly susceptible to dislocated joints. Our joints will be dehydrated too. It’s just basic logic....

I hear it parroted all over nutrition literature, the earth is 70% water, but is it really? It’s certainly not 70% fresh water (unsalted). Fresh water and saltwater are 2 different things! I’m suggesting the earth is 70 percent saltwater, if the number is accurate. It’s so obvious there is way more saltwater than fresh in the world’s fish bowls (oceans, rivers and lakes.)...

John Shore: For most slow and gentle is the best way.. pretty much every one is chronically dehydrated at a cellular level. 0.5g to 1g per litre of water to very slowly hydrate.. over months may be the best call for most who are *NOT* going to be as extreme as me or Mark.. There is something very wrong with the western allopathic medical system; doctors are harming their patients instead of healing them. I’ll use my own experiences to prove my point. I was told by several medical professionals that my inguinal hernia cannot heal on its own, that surgical intervention was the only option back to health. Even the alternative healthcare professionals I knew told me the same story, surgery was the only option, if I wanted to be active again....
