On Saturday, the electric system in the trailer was finished and checked to confirm it works! We have one thing to do to get the sink fully working. Huge shout out to Eric Bock for all of the work he's done for the trailer and accommodating the big change we did in the middle of it. We couldn't have done it without him! Plus, he is my favorite brother. 💖🥳

Two big appointments set for the trailer to get the mini split charged and the electrical work completed over the next 10 days! Next, the smaller detail work for lighting and decorations.

When you're in pain after your regular daily activities, your massage therapist can help you reduce that while helping you gain mobility. Stretches between massage appointments help too. Make sure to ask massage therapist for possible stretches at the end of your appointment.

When you find any medical field provider that you love, keep going back to them. There's a right provider out there for you, whether it's massage, chiropractic, acupuncture, primary care physician, or naturopath. Take care of yourself as best as you can. 👍
