Our Story

What is Soma? Short for Somatic, the word ‘Soma’ refers to how the mind and body connect to create movement.

At Soma Wellness Spa we believe movement, physically and energetically, is the key to health. By incorporating ancient Ayurveda-inspired treatments and products with mindful bodywork, we believe people can become more aware to not only heal themselves, but to prevent injuries. Our bodies are meant to move, and sometimes we get a little stuck through our every day routines and habits. This work balances and resets the body and mind to function more harmoniously, resulting in deeper sleep, sharper focus, and improved mood.
