The 2018 Annual Homeowners Meeting has been scheduled for January 24, 2018 at 6:30 p.m. and will be held at Hillsboro Shute Park Library, 775 SE 10th Ave, Hillsboro, registration will begin at 6:15 p.m.

As a follow up to my email earlier this week, please see the link below. The son of the homeowner set up a GoFundMe page. Here is the link if you feel inclined to donate or spread the word on social media etc.

In addition, there are some other efforts going on in the neighborhood to recognize our local neighborhood first responders, the firefighters that responded and just providing neighborhood support to the affected family. Please contact Vida Graves if you are interested in those efforts.

Dear Neighbors,

I would guess that most of you know already about the horrible fire that happened at our neighbors house last night. The home is severely damaged and one of our neighbors was badly injured. I've had a few neighbors reach out and ask if we can organize some way to help. I wanted to get this email out today to call out to all of you to see who is interested in this effort and if I can find someone to be the leader of that effort.

My family and I are on vacation an we do not return until late next week. Therefore, I can not really assist much. If there is someone among you that could volunteer to assist with this coordination effort, that would be much appreciated. One idea was to set up a "Go Fund Me" page, to assist with the damages, medical costs , temporary lodging and personal item replacement costs.

Please respond if you are interested and I will connect the folks so that we can help out our neighbors.

HILLSBORO, Ore. - A Hillsboro man suffered severe burns on his hands, lost two Corvettes and an SUV, and was displaced along with his family by a Sunday evening fire at his home on N.E. Autumnwood Terrace.

Annual homeowners meeting this Wednesday. If you can't, or don't want to, come please send in your proxy or drop it by one of the current board members houses so we can make Quorum.

Also we have a couple positions on the board up for election. Serving is easy and not a big time commitment. Think about it.

The Annual Meeting has been scheduled for Wednesday, January 25, 2017 at 6:30 p.m. and will be held at PCC Willow Creek Center, 241 SW Edgeway Drive, Classroom 206, Beaverton, OR 97006. Registration will begin at 6:15 p.m.

Documentation for the 2017 Annual Meeting has been mailed to all homeowners. It is important that everyone read this information thoroughly.

Danbury Park is once again interested in being part of National Night Out on August 2, 2016. We are looking for volunteers to help our Neighborhood Watch Coordinator (Jen Trimble) put on this event. If you are interested please let one of the board members or Jen know. Stay tuned for more info coming out on this.
