Some helpful things they failed to mention:
Do things now to boost your immune system:
1) get enough sleep every night,
2) take elderberry syrup (without sugar) every day, consider taking mushroom supplements (I can send you links to both of these),
3) decrease your sugar and carb intake (they suppress your immune system), and cut dairy out of your diet for now (it increases dampness in your body, and this is a damp epidemic!)
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention this week urged the American public "to prepare in the expectation that this could be bad." Here are some of the steps you might consider.
