🪷 This 5-session experiential series bridges the ancient wisdom of Chinese Medicine with the functional movement of yoga.

💧 Sink into the quiet strength of the Water element. This class will be split between knowledge sharing and flow, inviting you to slow down, soften, and reconnect with your inner reserves.

💧 Through gentle movement, breathwork, and introspective stillness, we’ll nourish the Kidney and Bladder meridians—cultivating grounding, resilience, and deep restoration.
