We had such a blast at our Santa Social this year!

Santa came to say hello, we ate yummy treats, and were gifted with absolutely wonderful musical entertainment!

Thank you to Betty DeJarnette's lovely musical family for coming and making our afternoon so fun and special! Thank you to the Blue Family for keeping the Santa connection alive.

We love when Christmas surprises show up!

This is a local Homeschool Group that asked to come in and perform for us! They opened our Happy Hour and were a big hit!

Little kids and Christmas are a winning combination for our Rosewood Family Residents.

We loved taking our residents out to see the beautiful Christmas lights at Lightopia Hillsboro!

We sang Christmas carols and oooed/ahhhhed the pretty lights - such a lovely evening.

We love our employees here at and we wouldn't be the same without them.

We had or annual Christmas Party with pizza, candy, soda, games, and more! Big congratulations to the Employee of the Year: Jill Lowery!!! She was voted by her peers and it was absolutely well deserved.

Thank you Rosewood Staff for all the love, time, and effort you give to our Rosewood Family members. We sppreciate you so much!

A local piano teacher brought in her students for a Winter Recital and we got to be part of the audience!

They were adorable, talented, and so polite. We loved watching them and cheering them on.

"I was so amazed and impressed with our performance. I had to hug each and every one of them....immediately! and I was so sad to miss the opportunity to say more about them.......and let them soak in the applause as much as possible ❤️

We have been working since September and I am so proud of them I could burst. Our performance was magnificent and the entire room felt it.

So many of the choir members have come to me and said "Brooke, I don't think I should be in the choir....I really don't have the breath and my voice cracks" and my reply is always the same - "If you love to sing, we want you in choir!" and just LOOK at what this group of people who don't think they can sing can do!!!!!!

Our Annual Christmas Lunch was so beautiful and delicious!!

Thank you Rosewood Kitchen, the Activities Department, and all the managers and staff that came and helped make this beautiful event shine!

The super cute placemats were made by the 6th graders of Imlay Elementary - ❤️

We ate brisket and oven baked salmon, scallop potatoes, asparagus w/ hollandaise, and a fruit tart for dessert! We saw so many smiles and heard lots of happy noises coming from the dining room. Thank you everyone that came to celebrate with us!

The local VFW station came and held a Veterans Social with our amazing veterans.

They played Christmas music, had social time, and enjoyed some sweets together. We loved hearing the music coming out of the Emperor Room - such a lovely celebration of some wonderful humans.

Linda Smith dazzled us with An Evening of Christmas Piano!

She played absolutely beautifully and led us in a sing a long - we loved every second.

For Chat n' Craft this week we made button tree centerpieces!!

We worked hard with our fingers to pin colorful buttons to tree shaped foam and the results were so beauiful!!

I came back from shopping for Happy Hour and many residents wanted to keep the tequila for themselves 🤣 We sure love getting to know these awesome people and laughing together at what life throws our way.

We love celebrating our Rosewood Family members that level up!!

We bring them a gift, a cute sign for thir door, and a balloon - just to let them know we are thinking about them on their special day.
