It's the time of year where we love to give.
It's so important that we also shift the notion that giving to yourself, or tending to our own energetic wellbeing isn’t selfish—it’s foundational.
When we take care of ourselves we expand our energy, and we naturally elevate every space we walk into and everyone we connect with.
Taking care of one self should never be near the bottom of the priority list - but first on the list.
