Today’s focus: Knee Pain → Foot Activation
Your knee pain isn’t a sign of aging — it’s a sign of long-term misalignment in your foundation. When your toes collapse or your arches fall, the knee becomes the shock absorber, and the entire leg starts carrying imbalance it was never built to hold. Here’s how to reset your foundation:
Step 1 — Neutralize the feet ➡️ Point both second toes straight forward
Step 2 — Spread the toes + activate the pads ➡️
Let the pads under the big toe, pinky toe, inner heel, and outer heel root evenly
Step 3 — Walk consciously ➡️ Keep the toes spread and the pads anchored as you take each step
Do this for one minute a day — in your hallway, kitchen, or while brushing your teeth. You’ll feel relief within days, the pattern becomes subconscious in a few weeks, and your knees begin to unload the pressure they’ve been carrying for years.
