We all carry emotional wounds—fragments of our soul that were scattered. It's tempting to ignore them, shoving them aside or burying them deep, convinced they'll fade away on their own. For a while, that illusion holds. But inevitably, triggers emerge, and we respond from that place of hurt, perpetuating patterns of toxic or doomed connections. Confronting those root pains, no matter how daunting, is the path to true restoration and wholeness. ♥️💫
