I have been a licensed Real Estate Broker since 1980 and I have lived in Hillsborough, NC since 1979. Prior to becoming a REALTOR I worked as a golf professional at Bowden Golf Course in Macon, GA. I and attended Georgia Southwestern University in Americus, GA. studied business and became a member of Sigma Chi Fraternity. I have lived in the Caldwell community of Orange County NC since 1979. I have seen may changes in Orange County and the Triangle area since I have lived here. I know the area! I have seen development patterns and know where the next growth arears are! I enjoy matching buyers with their requirements, wants and needs.
