Itโ€™s important to make sure that our ergonomics at home are supporting productivity and not leading to mental or spinal fatigue. ๐Ÿฅฑ

Sit towards the front of the chair and perform 10 pelvic tilts. This will help find proper sitting posture.
Feet flat on the floor, no crossing of legs or ankles.
This is a surefire way to keep our employee of the month streak alive. ๐Ÿ†

There are only two correct ways to sleep. And one of the most popular ways to sleep is actually terrible.

๐ŸšจOur spine has three natural curves and sleeping on our stomach reverses that curvature. ๐Ÿšจ

The best way to sleep is on our back or our side, making sure that our shoulders are not on the pillow. Propping up our knees with a pillow, or placing a pillow between our legs can help relieve pressure on our spine and make for a more restful, restorative night.
