Progress in physical therapy isn’t measured in days—
it’s built through consistency, effort, and patience.
Too many people quit because they don’t see instant results.
But real change happens beneath the surface first—mobility improves, strength builds, pain decreases… then results show.
Stay committed to the process.
Show up on the days you don’t feel like it.
That’s where the real progress happens.
Your body keeps score of the work you put in.

I’m incredibly grateful for your trust and the opportunity to work with you. Thank you for allowing me to be part of your journey

If you’re tired of recurring injuries and want a plan that actually prepares you for the demands of your sport—let’s talk.

Most people with low back pain aren’t lacking effort…

They’re just stuck believing the wrong things.
“I’ll just live with it.”
“It’s my age.”
“I probably slipped a disc.”
“It always comes back anyway.”

Sound familiar?
Here’s the truth 👇
Back pain is rarely as simple—or as permanent—as it feels.

The research shows:
• Most back pain improves
• Imaging doesn’t always explain your symptoms
• The right movement can make a huge difference

But the BIGGEST problem?
People either:
• Do nothing
• Do random exercises
• Or rely on short-term fixes
…and stay stuck in the same cycle.

If your back pain keeps coming back, there’s a reason.
And it’s usually fixable with the right plan.

📍 I help active adults & runners in the Durham/Hillsborough area get back to doing what they love—without relying on temporary relief.
DM me “BACK” or book a free screen.

Most people don’t fail rehab because they’re not working hard enough.
They fail because they’re working on the *wrong things*.

If you’re an active adult or runner trying to fix pain on your own, here’s what I see all the time:

• Jumping straight to exercises without understanding the root cause
• Doing random stretches instead of targeted mobility work
• Skipping strength progressions (or progressing way too fast)
• Inconsistency — doing a lot one day, then nothing for a week
• No clear plan to actually get back to running pain-free

Rehab isn’t just about doing exercises…
It’s about doing the *right* things, in the *right order*, at the *right time*.

That’s the difference between spinning your wheels and actually getting results.

If you’re in the Hillsborough area and tired of guessing, I’m offering free running injury screens to help you figure out exactly what’s going on and what to do next.

Message me “RUN” and let’s get you back on track.

Tight muscles don’t always need more stretching.
They need to be reset.

Dry needling does more than relieve pain—it helps your muscles function properly.

Here’s how:
• Reduce pain – Needles calm overactive trigger points and interrupt pain signals.
• Release deep muscle tension – Targets knots and tight spots that stretching can’t reach.
• Improve mobility – Restores range of motion so you can move freely.
• Speed up recovery – Increases blood flow and supports healing.
• Re-educate muscles – Helps your nervous system “turn on” weak or inhibited muscles, so movement actually improves.
For active adults, dry needling is a powerful adjunct tool to make your therapy, training, or rehab more effective.
It’s science-backed, precise, and targeted—fix the source, not just the symptoms.

Most people don’t have a “weak glute” problem… they have a positioning and control problem.

The banded hip extension mobilization is one of my go-to drills to clean that up.

In this video, I break down:
• How to set the band up correctly (this matters more than you think)
• The biggest mistake people make when trying to extend their hip
• How to actually get into true hip extension without compensating through your low back
• What you should be feeling if you’re doing it right

If you’re just going through the motions, you’re leaving progress on the table.

Small adjustments = big changes in how your hips move, feel, and perform.

Dial this in and watch your running, lifting, and overall movement improve.

If you’re dealing with tight hips, back discomfort, or feel stuck in your training, this is a good place to start.

DM me “HIP” and I’ll help you figure out if you’re doing it right or what you should be doing instead.

Small, intentional steps > random effort. Every time.
The problem? Most people rush. Skip steps. Chase intensity over ex*****on.
That’s why progress stalls… and injuries show up.
If you want real results, you need a plan—and the right progression.
That’s exactly what we focus on.
Built for performance. Backed by precision.

Pulled your hamstring? Don’t just rest it… rebuild it.

Most people either stretch too early or jump back into activity too fast — that’s why hamstring injuries keep coming back.

Here’s a simple progression to take you from pain → performance:

1️⃣ 90/90 Iso Hold
Builds early tolerance and reduces pain while teaching the hamstring to produce force safely.

2️⃣ Progress ISOs to controlled movement
Introduces controlled loading and deceleration — key for real-world movement.

3️⃣ Nordic Hamstring Curls
Eccentric strength = tissue resilience of tolerated. This is where you “bulletproof” the tissue.

4️⃣ Single-Leg RDLs
Now we integrate strength into function, balance, and return-to-sport movement.

The goal isn’t just to feel better — it’s to come back stronger than before.

If you skip steps, you risk re-injury. If you follow progression, you build capacity.

💬 Not sure where you’re at in this process or simply need more progressions?
DM me “HAMSTRING” and I’ll help you figure it out.
