Another wonderful retreat with my Honor Yoga Kula in the Catskills🤍. This year, like all other years, was filled with magic, laughter, smiles, yumminess and inspirating memories. Upon arriving to Orenda this year, I had made the decision to make this year my 4th and final one here.🙏Honored to have been the resident massage therapist since 2022. Feeling blessed to have share those moments with so many during my time there. But as all seasons in life, there is time for change, a shift, and a need to create space for new opportunities that awaits…🤍✨✨✨✨✨ I am filled with gratitude, love and appreciation.

Goooood morning!!🤍

Wanted to share this video of a hummingbird I saw at a friends house.

I don’t know about you guys, but I don’t see hummingbirds often… let alone see them in multiple places- (there was one on my back porch too that day).

It was such a beautiful sight to see and a gentle reminder to PAUSE and OBSERVE. 🤍 Take the moment to appreciate the beauty around you.

When’s the last time you took the time to truly appreciate all the good, the beauty, the uniqueness, the incredible things around us… and even within OURSELVES. 🫵🥰

Take a few moments, a few breathes… today to do exactly that.





Fun fact: Hummingbirds also symbolize happiness, luck, good intentions, healing, help and renewal. 🌸

“Never underestimate the difference you made and the lives you touched.”

This wind chime is one of the many lovely gifts I received to celebrate my retirement from teaching.

With all of the ups and downs… challenges, frustrations, worries and tears… laughter, play, explorations, hugs, high fives and smiles…during my 18 years of being a teacher, a mentor, a team member, a coach, an advisor, I can look back and honestly say I made a difference.

I look back with confidence in knowing that changed and touched many lives.
**Not only the lives of the students in my room but also the adults too. I think about all of the parent conversations and emails or encouragement and support. I think about all the in service, faculty and team meetings, the hallway conversations, the copy room chats- and depending on the day was supported by some the laughter and jokes, then other days tears and hugs too.

Not matter what we do, remember it ALL MATTERS.

We’ll never truly know how our actions and words will impact someone else.

Be intentional with it all… and never underestimate those moments, big and small. They all add up and they make a difference.
