We are thankful for each and every one of our team members, and every now and then we like to give you a little introduction to the folks who help make Hillsborough Spa and Day Retreat so special.

Meet Alison: Alison graduated massage school in Florida in 2004, and shortly after relocated to North Carolina with her husband. She has almost 20 years of experience in private practice and many years at Duke Diet and Fitness Center. Her specialties include reflexology, helping people overcome repetitive use injuries, and deep relaxation. Alison is a certified Integrative Reflexologist and Nurturing the Mother prenatal and postpartum massage therapist. Alison likes to garden, have dance parties with her kids, and study herbal medicine.
