One thing about me is - I take my bedtime very seriously because I know a good morning / day starts the night before!! 🌙

▪︎ have a consistent bedtime routine
▪︎ get 7 hours ((minimum)) of quality sleep
▪︎ don't have tv's, radios, or phones on while in bed
▪︎ don't keep your phone right next to your head while sleeping
▪︎ block out any lights, noise, or distractions
▪︎ try not to eat or drink too close to bedtime in order to prevent indigestion & restlessness

The ability and willingness to change is SO underrated, not everybody is capable of doing it! Someone who is able to regularly shift their habits or mindset will go further in life than those who refuse to transform for the better. Two people can hear the same information and make completely different choices from it. For example - a study says smoking causes c@nćer .... some people will quit, others will continue to smoke...

Too often, people become stuck in their ways, and they allow their programmed behavior to be the standard. They usually repeat the same self-destructive patterns for years with the excuse, "that's just how/ who I am". It can be difficult for them to imagine that there could be more to life if only they'd make different choices. They may also have a hard time accepting new ideas or listening to advice from others. These people do not embrace change at all, which will hold them back from experiencing growth and opportunities. Eventually, they end up paying the price with either their health, finances, or literal life.

However, those who are willing to act differently upon learning new information and make better decisions because of it will upgrade their lives time and time again! Every time they make a choice from a more informed perspective, they get one step closer to their higher selves. These people know that each time they take a step in a new direction, they unlock possibilities that weren't an option before!

People say that they 'want to' do things all the time, but rarely do they follow through. However, when someone says that they are 'going to' do something, they are more likely to finish the task. This is because when we want something, it's often a desire or wish, often times without a clear plan on how to achieve it. But, when we say we are going to do something, we usually already have a set intention on how and when to complete it.

So, if you are one of those people that have a habit of saying, "I want to do..", try saying "I'm going to do.." and see how things shift for you. Notice how much more productive you become and how things begin to manifest to fruition.

This is ✨️3️⃣3️⃣✨️

I appreciate everybody who took the time to wish me a happy birthday yesterday!!! After spending the past couple of days doing birthday celebrations with the people I love, I'm reminded how truly blessed I am!

Friday - lunch with my grandma and a relaxing evening at home 🥰

Sat - I spent the morning with my bestie and our daughters grabbing coffee from and getting our toes done at Nails De Vie. We filled our bellys with yummy food from , then I received a looong overdue massage before ending the night with lots of laughs and *girl time*.

Sun - a whole day with just my little fam. The schedule included brunch at a new spot, shopping at (unicorn stone braclet / money tree), and then grabbing ice cream from (goat cheese roasted 🍒 is to d!e for!!). I spent the rest of the night prepping for the week ahead and getting my first jar of sprouts ready! I'm so excited to start my sprouting journey with these seeds my husband ordered for me 🌱
