Rebecca focuses on beginner friendly movement, with a focus on proper alignment & posture.
She brings an accessible approach to yoga that will help you feel stronger, healthier, and connect to your practice in a foundational way.

Make sure to sign up for her Yinyasa class which will begin with a vinyasa flow to strengthen and invigorate the body and will then move into longer held yin poses to soothe and calm the mind and spirit.
