Today’s Soul Retrieval retreat was a sacred remembering — a space where women gathered not to fix themselves, but to reclaim the parts they once set aside to survive.
Through breath, movement, truth, and vulnerability, fragmented pieces softened and re-integrated. Hearts chose courage over protection, presence over performance, and love over fear.
