Hey there sister-love, I know you been mentioning since menopause started you feel as though your body odor has changed. It's not that your body odor has changed..its the hot flashes that are happening frequently, which causes you to sweat. When we sweat we can get a lil funky(goes for everyone), which means you have to freshen up more often(bathe, shower)than usual. So here are a few things that can help..
-Red Clover can help with hot flashes and night sweats.
-Progesterone cream helps to balance the hormones and helps with hot flashes, night sweats and sleep.
-Talk with your doctor about bio-identical natural options to assist with YOUR specific menopause symptoms. All women aren't experiencing the same symptoms.
-When out and about carry with you some cleansing wipes. That way you can freshen up on the go by cleansing your under arms and your lady parts, cause them lady parts are also sweating when that hot flash hits.
-Carry in your purse a trial size container of deodorant, so you can apply after freshening up with the wipes.
I know this stage of life can be a bit challenging, but this too shall pass sister-love 😊.
